Andrina Kelly, the founder of Magpies Consulting, is a highly experienced Apple Systems Administrator with strengths in heterogeneous networks, client authentication, certified in Xsan planning and deployment and is an Apple Certified Final Cut Server trainer, along with practical expertise in high availability and multiple scripting languages.
Prior to founding Magpies, Andrina was the Technical Lead of the professional services team at IronGate Server Management & Consulting, and prior to that was the Apple Systems Administrator at C.O.R.E. Feature Animation helping with the initial research and development of their infrastructure to create a feature length 3D Animated movie.
In addition to being a speaker at Apple's WWDC, Apple Canada Channel Camp and Macworld, Andrina co-founded the Systems Integrators Birds of a Feather group based in Toronto. This group gathers bi-monthly to discuss real life implementations of OS X and OS X Server in practical situations. Andrina is also a contributing editor to AFP548.com and is Vice President on the board of directors for MacEnterprise.org.
Outside of technical work, Andrina plays French Horn in various community groups in Toronto, and is the Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Festival Wind Orchestra. In the remaining spare time Andrina is an avid athlete and is currently training for the 2010 Summer season of Triathlons in the Greater Toronto Area.
